Welcome to Tosavela. These Terms of Service govern your use of tosavela.shop and purchases made through our store.
You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase or use the store with appropriate authorization.
You agree to provide accurate and current contact, billing, and shipping information. You must not use our website for unlawful activities, submit fraudulent orders, or interfere with website security.
We aim to provide clear product descriptions, including available information about materials, dimensions, colors, and features.
Product appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings. Please review the specific product description before ordering.
Any brand references must be understood in the context expressly described on the relevant product page.
The checkout page displays the transaction currency and final amount payable, including shipping charges and taxes collected by us.
Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not alter an already accepted order.
Payment must be completed before fulfillment. Available methods are those displayed at checkout.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order.
We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud, or a material listing error. We will notify you and refund payments for orders we cannot fulfill.
Where a material pricing error occurs, we will explain the issue and offer confirmation at the correct price or cancellation with a refund.
Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment Policy, and Privacy Policy explain the relevant conditions and form part of these terms.
Please review them before purchasing.
Website content is protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying or misuse is prohibited.
Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases are made with Tosavela rather than Shopify.
Nothing in these terms excludes any liability, warranty, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, but we will take reasonable steps to address technical problems.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights associated with existing orders.
